My mom's filling was a bit different, she used Ricotta, eggs, parsley, parmesan cheese, mozzerella cheese, salt and pepper to taste. Recently I made a left at the lasagna road and did Roll ups instead of layers. Bailey and I laid out our noodles, spread the cheese mixture on it then rolled it up leaving about 1/8 of the end free of mixture so it stuck to the other side and sealed. We layed it seam side down on a gravy layers pan, poured gravy over the top and topped with mozzerella, baked for about 40 minutes on 350 degrees, and was done. Have pictues somewhere! These work great in small individual baking dishes.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
