Sweet Creamy Dreamy Ice Cream Bar

4th of July is a great time to serve up a Sweet Creamy Dreamy Ice Cream Bar. Since it is 4th of July and it is an outside event, I decided to put all the toppings in jars instead of bowls. This will keep everything fresh and free from flying insects. Also excellent for an easy clean up and storing the leftovers. I used peanut better, jelly jars. The peanut better jars work extra well because they are plastic and not glass. You won’t have to worry about the children handling and breaking them.

As a child I remember the excitement when I saw an Ice Cream Bar, with all the colorful candy and many toppings. It’s great when you’re not limited to two or three toppings but you can have them all. Memories are a wonderful thing.
