Spaghetti Oil and Garlic


Ingredients:

8 oz. of thin spaghetti
1/4 cup olive oil
Use 3 cloves of roasted garlic creamed or 3 cloves of fresh garlic chopped.
2 tsp kosher salt
1/2 cup parsley

Instructions:

Boil 2-quarts of water. Once water is boiling add 8 oz of spaghetti noodles. Cook until desired tenderness.

Add olive oil to a pan and heat on medium low, Add garlic and parsley. Only heat the garlic and parsley. When the spaghetti is cooked to desire tenderness add to the oil mixture. Stir and add salt to taste. Your meal is ready to plate.

  1. This dish looks amazingly delicious! I bet I could even make this one because it seems to be simple too, which is great! I love this type of pasta with hard boiled egg in it too. My Mom used to make that for me when I was growing up and I CRAVED it when I was pregnant with my little boy. Is that what carbonara has in it or is that scrambled egg?
